Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company Limited (CSPTCL), Raipur, has released a recruitment notification for 1,501 vacancies across three state power companies: CSPDCL, CSPTCL and CSPGCL. The last date to apply and pay the fee is November 26, 2026, at 11:55 PM.Post-wise vacancies and eligibilityDEO has the highest allocation with 609 posts, followed by Attendant (Plant) with 300 and JE with 216 vacancies. Educational qualifications range from Class 10 and ITI to engineering degrees, professional qualifications and medical degrees.Candidates applying for Class-III and IV posts must be Chhattisgarh domiciles. Class-II officer posts are also open to candidates from other states, subject to the prescribed age limit.Age limit and application feeThe age limit ranges from 18/21 to 40 years, depending on the post, calculated as on January 01, 2026. Chhattisgarh domicile candidates receive applicable category-based relaxation. Candidates from other states can apply only for Class-II posts, with a maximum age of 30 years.Application fees range from Rs. 200 to Rs. 800, depending on the post and category. Departmental candidates are exempted.Selection processSelection includes a computer-based test (CBT) carrying 100 marks, with 100 questions, a two-hour duration and one-fourth negative marking. DEO and Stenographer candidates must appear for skill or shorthand tests. Fire and security posts include physical fitness examinations. Document verification is also required.
