Orhan Awatramani, better known as Orry is once known to share a close friendship with Sara Ali Khan, but their equation eventually turned sour. Since their fallout, Orry has made several comments about his former friend and her family, bringing their strained relationship back into the spotlight on multiple occasions. Orry has now revisited an old incident from the time he was close friends with Sara.In a recent interview, Orry recalled a party where he claimed Sara pushed a girl off a chair when the two were looking for a place to sit. According to him, he was the one who ended up facing the girl’s anger, despite insisting that he had nothing to do with what happened. Orry described the party incident as a really funny story and claimed that Sara was the one who created the story. He recalled that the two were at a party and were trying to find somewhere to sit when they noticed a girl occupying a chair. According to Orry, Sara pushed the girl off the chair, following which he and Sara took the seats.The situation, however, allegedly escalated later when the girl confronted Orry instead of Sara. He attributed this to the fact that Sara was “very famous at the time”, whereas he was not as well known.“I’m going through what I didn’t even do,” Orry recalled, making it clear that he maintained he was not the person who pushed the girl.The anecdote comes against the backdrop of Orry’s much-publicised fallout with Sara. The two were once frequently seen together, but their friendship reportedly deteriorated over time, with social media activity, unfollows and public comments drawing attention to the change in their relationship.The rift became particularly visible in January 2026, when Orry shared an Instagram Reel that has since been deleted. The post referred to “Sara”, “Amrita” and “Palak” as among the “3 worst names”. Many social media users assumed the references were aimed at Sara Ali Khan, her mother Amrita Singh and actor Palak Tiwari. Following the post, Sara and her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan reportedly unfollowed Orry. Orry, however, claimed that he had already unfollowed them.Orry has also previously spoken about an incident involving Amrita Singh that he said took place in 2021. He described that period as one of the darkest phases of his life but stopped short of disclosing exactly what had happened. According to him, the experience changed him and had an impact on his relationship with Sara and her family.Sara, for her part, has largely avoided discussing the fallout in detail in public.
