The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has released the round 1 merit list and seat matrix for the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (UP NEET PG) counselling 2026 on October 26. A total of 6,084 candidates are eligible for 50% state quota seats for Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) admissions.Candidates who registered for the counselling process and paid the required fee can check the merit list on the official website, upneet.gov.in. The merit list and seat matrix are available for download in PDF format.According to the seat matrix, 3,961 postgraduate medical seats are available across medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
