The largest parcel, measuring 43,800 sq m, was acquired for Rs 7.07 crore. Another plot spread across 29,900 sq m was purchased for Rs 4.62 crore, while a 21,400 sq m parcel was bought for Rs 3.31 crore. The fourth and smallest parcel, measuring 8,900 sq m, was acquired for Rs 1.39 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix.Collectively, the four land parcels cover 1,04,000 sq m, or approximately 25.7 acres, taking the total transaction value to Rs 16.42 crore. The property registration documents show that the purchase attracted a stamp duty of Rs 82.13 lakh.This is not Kapoor’s only recent land purchase. In May 2026, The House of Abhinandan Lodha announced that the actor had acquired a land parcel at its project, ‘The Sarayu’, in a deal valued at around Rs 3.31 crore.The 2,134 sq ft plot is part of a 75-acre plotted development situated along the banks of the Sarayu River.
