According to property registration documents accessed through Zapkey, the actress has rented out the property at a starting monthly rent of Rs 2.85 lakh.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"3\"\/>The apartment is located in Rustomjee Paramount, a premium residential project in Khar West. The leave-and-license agreement was registered on June 1, 2026, and will remain valid for two years.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>As per the documents, the apartment spans over 1,000 sq ft and is situated on one of the higher floors of the residential tower. The property has been leased to Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujjar.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>The tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 8.55 lakh, equivalent to three months&#8217; rent.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>The agreement further states that the rent will increase by 5 percent after the completion of the first year, taking the monthly rental amount to around Rs 2.99 lakh during the second year.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>With the rent escalation clause in place, the property is expected to generate close to Rs 71 lakh in rental income over the 24-month lease period.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>Neither Disha Patani nor the tenant was available for comment.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/> <span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"21\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Disha recently received a heartfelt birthday message from Ayesha Shroff<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The actress recently made headlines after receiving a warm birthday wish from Tiger Shroff&#8217;s mother, Ayesha Shroff.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"25\"\/>Taking to social media, Ayesha shared an affectionate post for Disha and expressed her excitement about travelling together in the future.
