Kaley Cuoco, the Big Bang Theory star, delighted fans by announcing she’s expecting her second baby, another little girl, with fiancé Tom Pelphrey. “Completing our little family, what a dream come true!” she wrote on Instagram, sharing photos of her growing bump and a sweet gender-reveal cake. The couple, who met at the premiere of Pelphrey’s show Ozark fell for each other and already share a daughter, Matilda, born in 2023.Cuoco has always known how to make a house feel alive, full of colour, character, and personal touches that say everything about who lives there. Even long before she announced the baby, her home was loved by the fans for all the right reasons, brimming with bold, art-forward ideas that are surprisingly easy to borrow.Designed in collaboration with interior designer Jeff Andrews, Kaley Cuoco’s Mediterranean-style mansion has several design inspirations to take away. Here are some art ideas to borrow from her home.

Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco (Photo: @CuocoKale/ X)

In her living room, Cuoco skips the single massive chandelier for something more theatrical. There are several single-bulb glass pendants hung from high ceilings, so they tumble from the top like glowing raindrops. This makes the place look playful yet elegant. The suspended lights draw inspiration from Mediterranean houses across Italy, Spain and Greece, where hanging lanterns have long been used to scatter warm, golden light through a room, and these cascading pendants channel that same sun-soaked glow indoors.

Even the boldest kitchens need a human touch, and Cuoco’s space is inclined towards personal touches and a homely theme rather than keeping it monotonous.Placing framed photos or sticking them on a thumboard along with small art pieces into a quiet corner keeps a pattern-heavy room from feeling cluttered or just too much.

The most interesting part of Cuoco’s kitchen lies overhead. Instead of leaving the ceiling plain, it is treated as a fifth wall, covering it in a bold pattern that looks similar to the room’s graphic black-and-white energy. It’s the kind of detail you simply don’t expect to look up and find. A patterned or richly painted ceiling draws the eye upward and makes even a modest kitchen feel artistic. Homes in the mediterranean has treated overhead surfaces as a canvas, so a decorated kitchen roof feels perfectly at home.

Gold runs like a thread through Cuoco’s home, from metallic vases on the bar to gilded tiles and a floor-to-ceiling mirror. Warm metals are a Mediterranean signature, too. This type of homes include metal detailing like brass lanterns, gilded mirrors and ironwork glinting in the sun, and so does the gold showpiece in her home channel this energy, as it helps tap and reflect that same love of warmth and shine. You can also choose an attractive gold piece as art, and the main character of the room

!["Kaley]("https://static.toiimg.com/photo/msid-131717354/kaley-cuocos-mediterranean-style-home-is-an-abode-of-warmth-with-a-splash-of-colours-art-inspirations-to-take-away.jpg" ""Big")
