She took to Instagram and shared a long, emotional note while revealing her ordeal and the trauma of being a mother. The actress shared a video of visiting her son Shamsher\u2019s grave and poured her heart out.She wrote, \u201cI had no option but to share this devastating video to show the world my trauma as a mother. The last few weeks were the most difficult of my life.
